A processbuilt forclarity.

No black box, no surprise invoices. Four clear steps, a weekly rhythm and one team from the first workshop to the day after launch.

Why we work the way we do.

Contact Webler: a quiet desk at the studio

Most digital projects go wrong for boring reasons. Nobody agreed on the goal. The design was approved before the content existed. The developer saw the mockups for the first time when the deadline was already close. Our process exists to make those things impossible.

It starts with listening, not sketching. Before we open a design tool we want to know who the site is for, what they should do on it and how you will know it worked. That sounds obvious, and it is, which is why we are strict about it. A clear brief is the cheapest insurance a project can buy.

Then design and development happen side by side. Designers and developers sit at the same table from day one, so what you approve in the prototype is what gets built, not an interpretation of it. You see progress every week on a real staging link, and you decide with your own eyes rather than from a slide.

We ship in phases with a fixed price per phase. You always know what the next step costs and what it delivers, and you can stop after any phase with something finished in your hands. Big-bang launches are for rockets; websites do better with steady, visible steps.

And launch is the middle of the story, not the end. The first weeks after going live teach you more than the months before, so measuring, fixing and improving are part of the same process, with the same team that built it.

Step by step

Four steps, no surprises.

Step one01

Discover

A kick-off workshop with your team, interviews with a few real customers and an audit of what you have today. The result is a one-page brief we all sign off on: goals, audience, scope and how success will be measured.

  • Kick-off workshop
  • Research & audit
  • Brief & roadmap
Step two02

Design

Sitemap and wireframes first, content before decoration. Then visual design and a clickable prototype you can put in front of colleagues and customers. We iterate until it looks inevitable, not until the hours run out.

  • Wireframes
  • Visual design
  • Interactive prototype
Step three03

Build

Clean, documented code on the platform that fits you, with accessibility, performance and search visibility built in. You follow along on a staging link and get a weekly update with what changed and what we need from you.

  • Development
  • CMS setup
  • QA on real devices
Step four04

Launch & grow

A launch checklist, a smooth handover and training so your team can edit everything. Then analytics, small improvements and honest advice on what to do next. A website is never finished, and that is the fun part.

  • Launch
  • Training
  • Analytics & care

Principles

What stays the same in every project.

01

A weekly rhythm

Every week you get a short update, a link to what is new and the questions we are stuck on. No silence, no surprises.

02

One point of contact

You talk to the person who actually works on your project, not to an account manager relaying messages.

03

Decisions in the open

Every choice, from platform to typeface, comes with a reason you can read. If you disagree, we talk it through before we build.

04

A fixed price per phase

You know what each step costs before it starts, and you can stop after any phase with something finished.

05

Tested on real devices

We check every page on real phones, tablets and slower connections, not only on a designer's monitor.

06

Nothing without a reason

If an animation, a section or a plugin does not earn its place, it does not ship. Simplicity is a feature.

Own modules

Why we build our own modules.

Forms, SMTP, cookie consent, login, backups, media: on every site we ship, those plugins are ours. WPStack is built to one standard and updated by us, on our schedule, tested before it reaches your site. No third-party update that breaks a form on a Sunday, no seven vendors to chase when something goes wrong.

Good to know

Questions about the process.

Anything else? Ask us, we answer within a working day.

A marketing website takes six to ten weeks from kick-off to launch; a webshop or a brand-plus-website project eight to fourteen. We give you a dated plan after the discovery phase and update it every week.

Someone who can make decisions, a few hours per week for feedback, and access to what you already have: analytics, brand files, existing content. We handle the rest, including structuring the copy.

Yes. Small changes are part of the weekly rhythm. Bigger changes get a short note with what they mean for timing and budget, so you decide with the full picture.

We stay close for the first weeks, fix what real visitors reveal and hand over with training. After that you can choose a care plan or call us when you need us. No lock-in.

For agencies

We also build under your name.

Agencies and studios use Webler as a silent production partner: NDA, weekly updates, delivered on the agreed date, no Webler logo anywhere.
