A website thatkeeps workingafter launch.

A website is never finished: WordPress updates, plugin updates, backups, security, e-mail that has to arrive. With a care plan we handle all of that, on hosting we manage, on WPStack modules we built ourselves. You get one contact and a site that simply keeps working.

  • Updates we test before they go live
  • Daily backups, restored in minutes
  • Login protection and monitoring
  • One contact for every question

What you want from a care plan

Three things a business owner wants from maintenance.

01

Not to think about it

Updates, backups, security, the e-mail from the contact form. You want it handled, quietly, by someone who tells you when something needs a decision.

02

One number to call

Something looks off, a form stopped sending, you need a new page. One contact who knows your site and replies within a working day.

03

No surprise breakage

An update that breaks the site on a Saturday is what everyone fears. Updates are tested on a copy first, and can be rolled back.

What's in a care plan

Everything a site needs to keep running.

01

Updates, tested first

WordPress, theme and plugin updates, applied on a staging copy first and rolled back if anything breaks. Our own WPStack modules update on our schedule, not a stranger's.

02

Daily backups

Automatic daily backups, kept off-site, restored in minutes. Through the WPStack Backup module.

03

Security and monitoring

Login protection, firewall rules, uptime monitoring. We hear about a problem before your customers do.

04

Managed hosting

Fast hosting we manage for you, with SSL, a CDN and PHP kept current. Or we work on the hosting you already have.

05

E-mail that arrives

Form and shop e-mails sent through a proper mail service via the WPStack SMTP module, so they land in the inbox, not in spam.

06

Small changes included

A text change, a new photo, a new team member: send it and it's done. Bigger work gets a quote first.

The tools behind it

Built on our own modules.

Backups, SMTP, login protection, GDPR and forms on every site we maintain come from WPStack, the plugin suite we built ourselves. Fewer third-party plugins means fewer updates that can break, and one panel for everything.

How it works

From handover to quiet.

Step one01

Check

We look at your site: versions, plugins, hosting, backups, e-mail. You get a short report of what's fine and what isn't, and a proposal.

  • Audit
  • Report
  • Proposal
Step two02

Onboard

We move the site to our hosting if needed, set up backups, monitoring and login protection, and replace fragile plugins with WPStack modules.

  • Hosting
  • Backups
  • WPStack
Step three03

Running

From then on: monthly updates, daily backups, a monthly note of what we did, and one contact for your questions.

Good to know

Questions we hear about maintenance.

Anything else? Ask us, we answer within a working day.

Yes, that's most of them. We check it first, fix what's urgent and take it from there. See also our page on taking over a website.

No. We prefer hosting we manage because we know it's fast and up to date, but we also work on the hosting you have.

It depends on the size of the site, whether a shop or bookings are involved and how much change work you want included. After the check you get a fixed monthly proposal.

Monitoring alerts us, we restore the last backup or fix the cause, and you hear from us with what happened. Most issues are solved before you notice.

Yes, within the hours of your plan: texts, photos, a new page here and there. Bigger work, like a new section or a redesign, gets a separate quote.

Yes. Your site, backups and logins are always yours, and we hand everything over properly.
