Websites for companies & industry

A B2B websitethat does theselling before the call.

A buyer, an installer or a dealer visits your site long before they talk to sales. They want the product range with specs and downloads, a dealer near them, and a fast way to ask for a quote. In their language. We build B2B sites that do that work: catalogue, downloads, dealer locator, quote requests, and a site your team updates without a developer. We built one for CDVI Benelux.

What your buyers want

Three things a buyer does on a B2B website.

01

Find the right product fast

By range, by application, by spec. With the datasheet, the manual and the certificate one click away, in their language.

02

Find who sells and installs it

A dealer or installer nearby, with contact details. Or a direct way to ask for a quote when there isn't one.

03

Trust the company behind it

Cases, certifications, the team, the support you offer. The things a purchaser checks before a supplier gets on the list.

What we build

Everything a B2B company needs, without an IT project.

01

Product catalogue

Products by range and application, with specs, images, variants and related items. Structured so it stays manageable at hundreds of products.

02

Downloads that stay findable

Datasheets, manuals, certificates and price lists per product and per language, with a download centre that searches across all of them.

03

Dealer locator

Dealers and installers on a map with search by town, each with contact details and specialisms. Managed from a simple list.

04

Quote and sample requests

Forms per product or per project, routed to the right sales person, through the WPStack Forms module. With the file attached, in your inbox and CRM.

05

Several languages

Dutch, French, English, German or more, each a full copy of the site with its own downloads, not a translation widget.

06

Cases, news and support

Project cases per sector, news for launches, and a support section with FAQs and a technical helpdesk form. Built so marketing updates it, not IT.

The tools behind your site

Built on our own modules.

Forms, GDPR, e-mail, login protection, backups and media on our B2B sites come from WPStack, the plugin suite we built ourselves. Fewer third-party plugins, one panel your marketing team learns in an hour, updates we control.

In practice

A site we built for a B2B company.

How it works

From call to a catalogue that sells.

Step one01

Call

A 20-minute call about your range, your markets and who maintains the site. You get a clear proposal the next working day, one that fits a management decision.

  • Call
  • Proposal
  • Planning
Step two02

Build

We structure the catalogue with you, design and build the site, import products and downloads, and show your team the staging link every week.

  • Design
  • Import
Step three03

Live and training

We launch in every language, train marketing and sales in an hour, and stay available for the first weeks.

Good to know

Questions we hear from B2B companies.

Anything else? Ask us, we answer within a working day.

Often yes. We import from a spreadsheet, an export or a feed, and can keep it in sync on a schedule. We assess the source first and tell you what's realistic.

Most B2B sites don't: buyers want specs, downloads and a dealer or a quote. If you sell directly, we add a shop or a dealer login with net prices. That's a separate step.

Each language is a full copy of the site with its own downloads and dealers. One panel, one team, no duplicate work.

It depends on the size of the catalogue, the languages, the integrations and whether a shop or dealer login is included. After the call you get a fixed proposal with everything in it.

You have the specs; we write the rest from the call and your material, in each language. You check and approve.

Most B2B sites are live within six to ten weeks after the call, depending on the catalogue and the languages.
